Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong will pay a state visit to Laos from April 24 to 25, according to an announcement of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Laos.

According to Lao News Agency, the visit will be made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith. This visit is expected to enhance cooperation and mutual understanding between the two neighboring countries.
