Luang namtha: Candidates for the 5th Provincial People's Council representing Constituency 1 in Luang Namtha District met voters on Feb 11, 2026, presenting policy priorities and urging public participation in the upcoming election.According to Lao News Agency, the campaign was held at Luang Namtha District Hall under the leadership of Mr. Bounkhong Phimmasone, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Chairman of the District Election Committee.
