Vientiane: Secretary General of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and President of the Lao PDR, Thongloun Sisoulith, received a distinguished delegation from Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.
