National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man requested the north-central province of Thanh Hoa to continue taking effective measures to fully tap its potential and advantages to boost economic growth while attending the 20th session of the 18th-tenure provincial People's Council for 2021-2026 on July 8. Man highly valued the province's relatively comprehensive results achieved in the first half of this year, including an economic growth rate estimated at 11.5% - the third highest in the country. During the period, the province saw 1,364 new enterprises established, ranking 8th nationwide and first in the north-central region.
