Laos began a two-day national mourning for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong on July 25. During the mourning, flags are hoisted half-mast at the Lao embassies and diplomatic missions abroad and all forms of entertainment activities are suspended.
