The youth unions of Quang Tri province and three Lao provinces - Savannakhet, Salavan and Sekong - are joining a frienship programme in the the central locality from August 27-29 to exchange their experience in youth activities. During the programme, the Vietnamese and Lao delegates are scheduled to visit outstanding business models and tourist attractions in Quang Tri, and hold talks to share experience and discuss cooperation plans in the coming time.
