The Ho Chi Minh City Association for Protection of Child Rights, in collaboration with Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, on September 11 launched a project on improving the effectiveness of intervention and assistance for children in special circumstances and at risk of falling into danger in the city. The foundation is a charity that helps street kids and rescues victims from slavery and human trafficking in Vietnam. The project aims to provide child care, career guidance, and vocational training for children aged 15-16, support their families, and develop a network of child support facilities to help them secure employment and stabilise their lives, with a goal of ensuring that no child is left behind. It will offer vocational training, job placement assistance, and support for building stable lives over a period of four years (2024-2028), with a budget of nearly 12 billion VND (488,800 USD).Source: Vietnam News Agency
