Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended a conference outlining the Bac Ninh province's 2021-2030 provincial plan and investment promotion initiatives on September 22, as part of the PM's activities in the northern province.At the conference, ground-breaking ceremonies were held for a social housing project in Que Vo urban area and the Ken Vang bridge connecting Bac Ninh and Hai Duong province.During the event, Bac Ninh provincial authorities also handed over the investment policies registration certificates to businesses.Source: Vietnam News Agency
