Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on September 24 asked the southern province of Dong Nai to maximise resources in order to promote its traditional growth engines, and create breakthroughs for new driving forces.Speaking at a conference announcing the provincial master plan for 2021-2030 with a vision towards 2050 and promoting trade in Dong Nai, the government leader said the locality needs to enhance investment in human resources, and step up regional, national, and international connectivity. On this occasion, local leaders handed over investment decisions and licences, memoranda of understanding, and in-principle agreements to 14 projects worth about 6 billion USD, covering industrial park infrastructure, logistics, semiconductors, electronics, commercial services, urban areas, tourism, and social housing.Source: Vietnam News Agency
