Secretary of the Can Tho municipal Party Committee Nguyen Van Hieu and Governor of Japan's Niigata prefecture Hanazumi Hideyo on August 5 exchanged views on how to boost cooperation between the two localities in various fields, with priority given to manufacturing and processing.
