The Da Nang chapter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) and the Salavan chapter of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union held an exchange and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation for 2024-2029 on July 17. The MoU aims to improve the effectiveness of communication work targeting young generation of the two localities about the special traditional friendship relations between Vietnam and Laos in general, and Da Nang - Salavan in particular. The two youth unions will also work together to support young people to start businesses and improve the quality of youth volunteer activities.Source: Vietnam News Agency
