Vientiane: Mr. Khamphoy Vannasane, Vice President of the Lao Front for National Construction, paid a courtesy visit last week to the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Lao PDR to extend 2026 Lunar New Year greetings to Ambassador Fang Hong and embassy staff.

According to Lao News Agency, during the visit, Mr. Khamphoy praised the Ambassador's role in strengthening the comprehensive partnership and cooperation between Laos and China. He conveyed best wishes for health, happiness, and success in the New Year, expressing confidence that the longstanding friendship between the two nations will remain strong and enduring.

Ambassador Fang Hong thanked the LFNC delegation for the visit and warm wishes. She reaffirmed China's commitment to continued cooperation with Lao counterparts and to further deepening traditional ties for the mutual benefit of both peoples.
