General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of Vietnam To Lam held talks with Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh in Ulaanbaatar on September 30 afternoon following the welcome ceremony held for the Vietnamese leader.
