General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam on August 26 presented appointment decisions to three new Deputy Prime Ministers, and Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, and Minister of Justice for the 2021-2026 tenure.
