Ankara: The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Trkiye (T€š¬…¡¬¦‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦‚¬Å¡¬€¦‚¬Å“BITAK), in close coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Trkiye, has officially launched the 2025 cycle of its flagship research funding initiatives: the “International Fellowship for Outstanding Researchers Programme” and the “International Fellowship for Early Stage Researchers Programme.”

According to Lao News Agency, these fellowships are designed to attract top-tier international researchers by offering a comprehensive funding package that supports scientific and technological research in Trkiye for a period of 2 to 3 years. Successful applicants will receive a special research grant, along with full coverage of their research activities, enabling them to work with leading Turkish research institutions, universities, and R and D centers.

The initiative aims to strengthen Trkiye’s global scientific collaboration and innovation ecosystem by welcoming experienced researchers and promising early-stage scholars from around the world.
