A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee's Commission for Information and Education on September 25 paid a courtesy visit to Khamphanh Pheuyavong, Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and head of its Commission for Propaganda and Training. The delegation was led by Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee and deputy head of the Commission for Information and Education. Earlier the same day, Mon held talks with Laopaoxiong Navongxay, member of the Lao Party Central Committee and deputy head of its Commission for Propaganda and Training.Source: Vietnam News Agency
