Seven PNP Officials Receive New Assignments in Organizational Reshuffle

Manila: Seven ranking officials got new assignments in the latest reorganization of the Philippine National Police (PNP). In an order dated Oct. 4, PNP acting chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. designated Brig. Gen. Christopher Abrahano of the Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit (PHAU) as Director of Police Regional Office-Northern Mindanao (PRO-10).

According to Philippines News Agency, Brig. Gen. Lou Evangelista of Directorate for Logistics replaced Maritime Group Director Brig. Gen. Jovencio Badua, who was assigned to PRO-4B (Mimaropa). Brig. Gen. Antonio Marralag from the Directorate for Police Community Relations was designated as PRO-2 (Cagayan Valley) chief, replacing Brig. Gen. Roy Parena who will transfer to the PNP Directorate for Research and Development.

Meanwhile, Brig. Gen. Roel Rodolfo of PRO-4B was assigned to the Directorate for Logistics, while Brig. Gen. Rolindo Suguilon was relieved from PRO-10 and reassigned to PHAU. The reshuffle will take effect Monday.
