Bolikhamxay: The Bolikhamxay Provincial People's Council recently organised a health walk to build momentum for the upcoming elections of the 10th National Assembly (NA) and the 5th Provincial People's Councils (PPC). The event was spearheaded by Sonethanou Thammavong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and saw participation from provincial leaders, officials, members of the armed forces, students, and local residents.

According to Lao News Agency, the health walk aimed to raise public awareness about the significance of the upcoming elections. It encouraged citizens from all ethnic groups to exercise their rights and civic duties by participating in the electoral process in a lawful, correct, and responsible manner.

The event's lively atmosphere showcased the unity, determination, and readiness of both officials and the public to ensure the elections are conducted successfully, transparently, and fairly. The health walk, beyond promoting physical well-being, also served as a demonstration of patriotism, democratic spirit, and political awareness among the people of Bolikhamxay Province.
